Support and product questions
Email support@podcli.com for installation help, a reproducible bug report, feedback about the studio or CLI, and questions about the local MCP setup. Please include your operating system, Podcli version, the command or workflow you tried, and any error output with secrets removed. That makes it possible to distinguish a setup problem from a product issue quickly.
For public bug reports and feature requests, the project’s GitHub repository is also a useful place to start. Public reports help other users find workarounds and give contributors a shared record of the issue.
Licensing, sponsorships, and partnerships
Use the same email for commercial licensing, sponsorships, integrations, press requests, and partnership conversations. Explain the organization, intended use, timeline, and any procurement or security requirements. Podcli is published under AGPL-3.0 by default; commercial terms need a direct conversation before any commitment is made.
Podcli is an independent project based in Tbilisi, Georgia. It does not operate a hosted media-processing account service, so please do not email videos, API keys, transcripts containing confidential material, or payment-card data. Files stay safer in your own local Podcli installation.
